Job Hunting in Economic Downturn!

Huge discussions, many seminars are being organized to solve the economic downturn. I wish “if it can be reduced using any type of antibiotic”, But I guess there is no any such vaccine. These days most of professionals are having very hard days. Every department, each positions are affected by this downturn. Sales and marketing are out of sales. Professionals are just waiting to work for value added operations. Management is looking for reorganizing the company. Every business plans are not working, estimated plans are out of date. Marketing is looking for customers, rather than the peoples walking around. Whole is economic is waiting to go up. Every person from drivers to top managers, politicians are talking about economic, but where is the solution? What is solution? Many job holders are retrenched from their company. Many professionals are finding themselves out of their position after their company is reorganized. What is the cure, is it the time, is it business, is it political, or is it the economic life cycle. I wish to get it rid as soon as possible.

I see myself every day to search new job, new place to find job. I go many website, many seminar, many careers fairs, but all they are not working. I go to facebook, Linkedin, most all social networks to read if there is any good news, well done jobs. I cannot find any of corporate house saying, ok we are hiring. Most of them say just hiring to market themselves. Yea, we all know that, this is the time to find more opportunity to earn huge sum of money, but at least we must have few amount of yogurt to make many liters of yogurts. I am afraid of, what if I won’t get any works? How can I get food, shelter, and clothes? If I will be in such condition, it’s confirmed there will be such a lot of IT professionals in the road searching to find any construction job or cleaner job. But we don’t know how to get them also. May many will go to internet and search in google to get cleaner jobs?

I see again “Bill Gates” become the world’s richest man who is from Technology industry, but here we are running out of jobs and looking for new technology to evolve to work on it.
